Relaxed Country Home With A Vintage Feel

This pretty country house is located outside of Berlin. The red brick facade makes you think of something really traditional and the interior continues the theme: the interiors are mostly traditional, calm, with lots of vintage and shabby items. Vintage wallpaper, stove, seesaw with natural wood surfaces create a cozy atmosphere. As you enter the house you will find a dramatic white staircase that leads to the bedrooms and doors to the library and living room on either side. The kitchen faces north and the windows face a wall. So the kitchen is not the brightest room in the house, but it is very inviting. The colors are calm and dusty and that is another thing that is so important in creating a cozy atmosphere. Have fun with the pictures below!
