More and more ordinary rooms are becoming cozy houses, and no one can guess what was there before. This Swedish house comes from a school house from 1890 and has been completely renovated by Swedish artist and glass designer Gunnel Sahlin. General bones of the room – floors, windows, ceilings, walls are made to expand the room and make it look bigger, for example, shiny wooden floors in the living room. The chosen style is rustic chic with industrial accents: natural wood floors in the dining area and in the kitchen area are combined with industrial lights and shabby chic furniture. The house is very cozy and reminiscent of the landscape, and a mix of styles is very relaxing.
