4500 Square Feet Tropical House On A Very Small Lot But With A Garden

This home designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects is located on a pedestrian street with great views of the Pacific Ocean and the Malibu coast. The design is all about careful room planning. The site is a narrow area of ​​30 by 60 feet but includes not only the house but a garden as well. This garden is an open green space in the middle of the building on the ground floor. On one side of this area there is a children’s room and a master bedroom with bathroom. Not only this Zen garden allows the interior to come closer to nature.
