Villa Bussum was designed by GROUP A and is located in Bussum, a small town near Amsterdam. It is surrounded by lush surroundings and the abstract building volume feels pleasantly embedded in the landscape. Thanks to the choice of materials and the unusual shape, it looks modern and sculptural. The house has two gardens at the front and back, which are connected by a sloping path. This path also doubles as a covered garage and gives access to the basement. A comfortable veranda and a 15 meter wide picture window look out onto the garden and serve as a transition between the villa and the garden at the rear of the house. {Group A}
