Modern Minimalist House In Spain

This house belongs to the Danish furniture designer Morten Georgsen and is located in Valencia, Spain. Its spectacular look is inspired by the furniture Morten designs for BO Concept. The region in which the house is located has 320 days of sunshine a year, so many things in the design are optimized for this. The house sits elegantly on the hillside and has several terraces and plenty of large windows to capture as much natural light as possible. There is also a four foot deep pool on the main floor near the house. Two of the owner’s teenage sons enjoy jumping in from the terrace on the first floor. 600 year old olive and banana trees are planted around the house. Inside there is a lot of beautiful and elegant designer furniture. Much of it was designed by the owner himself and is in great harmony with one another.
