Lakeside houses are always special because the atmosphere on the lake shore is calm and relaxing. This amazing house supports the calming idea thanks to the wood it was built from. It is located on Lake Muskoka, State of Ontario, Canada; It’s called the Muskoka Boathouse. This is a renovated boathouse of 600 square feet. Christopher Simmonds Architects have managed to give the house a very modern look: there is a pier under the stairs, and above everything that is done is natural wood: the floor, ceiling and walls. The furniture is minimalist and its amount is also minimal; The interior is very simple. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the lake.
