The Emeco 1006 chair, also known as the Navy chair, is an aluminum chair manufactured by the Electric Machine and Equipment Company (Emeco) in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The chair was commissioned by the US Navy for use on warships during World War II in the 1940s.
