Amazing Leed Home With A Very Vertical Design Househillside House

This modern LEED Platinum residence is located on four levels on a hill in Mill Valley, California. It was designed by San Francisco-based SB Architects and built by well-known green contractor McDonald Construction. The steep slope creates a very vertical design with living and private zones on several separate floors. The total interior space is 2,116 square feet, while balconies and decks took up 1,567 square feet. These outdoor areas offer breathtaking views of the bay and the San Francisco skyline. Both the exterior and the interior are made of mostly natural materials.
