Black Shed Small Budget Tiny House Design Skinidin by Rural Design

This 75 square foot two bedroom home is another small Isle of Skye home built by Rural Design. The budget was around £ 115,000. The wood is covered with a corrugated roof. The industrial aesthetic continues inside with a polished concrete floor, exposed structure, and sawn wood paneling on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and other rooms are accessed via a central living room, which reduces the traffic areas to a minimum in order to make optimal use of the building’s small footprint. Large openings have been cut into the walls to take full advantage of the dramatic views of the surrounding landscape.
