SAOTA has completed a dream holiday home in Shelley Point, South Africa, together with interior designer Antoni Associates. The interior is a refined, eclectic mix of simple, relaxed, comfortable and sturdy furniture. Natural wood, charcoal and gray fabrics are emphasized by washed-out red patchwork kilims and blue wooden stools. Natural materials and textures such as pewter-colored wall coverings made of grass fabric and woven baskets create tactile surfaces that overlay the rooms. Rooms are cocooned and layered and feel at home. The outdoor areas are impressive: stylish, comfortable and beautiful, they are an ideal extension of the indoor areas; A large set of sliding glass doors allows maximum visibility.
