This Broadway loft by Casamanara is a bright, contemporary space full of energizing contrasts, but also has an industrial side. The design is creative and dynamic, large windows let in sunlight and give the rooms a fresh atmosphere. There are actually two different living rooms, one of which is organized in front of the television. Both areas are inviting and use textured and patterned carpets to stand out. Abstract paintings contrast with the architectural images of the large windows. The concrete walls look balanced throughout. I love the use of color in the home – it’s bright but not garish.
