The building is a four story house and is inspired by tall, straight trees that offer breathtaking views of the area. The first story includes storage, laundry and sauna facilities. The second contains bedrooms and small sleeping quarters for guests. The third contains the kitchen and dining area with a separate room that can be used as a playroom TV room for the children and as a guest room. The fourth floor is in the treetops with large skylights with window seats that can also be used as beds for additional guests. The floor consists of wide pine boards; There is cedar paneling inside and out, mostly furnished with a collection of oak furniture.
