This amazing modern apartment is located in an attic in San Francisco. A large 127-foot mansard Jeff Wardell and Claudia Sagan turned into a cool minimalist space that has everything, including a guest house and work office. The floor is made of natural wood, the walls now have a texture that makes them look like a warehouse, but the owners wanted that. The plan is open, thanks to the large windows there is plenty of light inside. The guest and work areas are separated in a very original way: they are made of containers. Modern interior with industrial and Art Deco accents – what can be better?
