This fantastic Kofunaki house from ALTS Design Office in Shiga, Japan shows us how nature and interior can be combined in a very original design. Natural light and outdoor materials became important parts of the interior: plants and trees from the outside were planted in the house. The design is minimalist, in the best Japanese tradition: light floors and walls make the room appear wider and brighter. Plants are both decorations and zone dividers, and thanks to them, owners can feel the change of the seasons. I think this time the designers came up with a fantastic solution to bring nature home. Do you agree?
