Modern And Sustainable Two Level Home Office In A Yard

This two story modern home office is a sustainable project prefabricated by five design build students in an architecture class at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. It has two levels and is located in a customer’s courtyard. Inside the home office there is a tailor-made desk, a storage and shelving system and a lounge area for customers and families. The entire project was an exercise in sustainability. The waste was reduced to about an inch for every 12 feet of material used.
