This modern remodel is a post-war two-level conversion of a house into a comfortable place to live that has room for all of your everyday chores like listing music, checking emails, cooking, washing, and hanging out with family and friends . The stairs were opened, the roof was raised and the fifth level was added to accommodate any activity the owner wanted.
The exterior of the house is clad with low-maintenance fiber cement cladding with stained wood accents and inexpensive aluminum windows with thermal break. The interior also consists mainly of natural materials and steel.
