The Kavel 71 is an L-shaped house designed by NAT Architecten. It occupies the position right between the road and the water. It’s low on the street side, but the side that faces the water is three stories high. The ground floor is a loft-like space with a wooden panel dividing it into zones. This floor is a great place for kids to play and their parents to cook or hang out with friends.
