Renovated 1920s Bungalow With A Glass Addition

Architect Kevin Alter is renovating his 1920s bungalow in Austin, Texas, adding an additional one that includes a living area downstairs and an office upstairs. The office corner was organized under the stairs; The extension with cypress cladding and metal roof is connected to the renovated bungalow from the 1920s via a glass pavilion. The style is minimalist (rather unexpected for a 1920s house, huh?), The colors and design are laconic and simple. Change the built-in wood from the original bungalow to the kitchen and cover the island with Carrara marble. There is a seating area near the pool with bistro chairs from Fermob.
