This condo consists of two one bedroom apartments in an East Village Coop overlooking Tompkins Square Park. It was designed by Joel Sanders in a modern style with multipurpose built-in furniture and mood lighting as a flexible, loft-like environment that invites you to live, work and entertain. These three areas have their own peculiarities such as a built-in couch for lounging and viewing media as well as a work surface for working and eating. The kitchen island and the bathroom with shower and bathtub are clad with black granite.
