This project by Johnston Architects PLLC consists of two townhouses half a block from the beach. They are located in the Alki neighborhood of Seattle. Both homes have three bedrooms with two master suites and come with a two car garage. The glass facade and rooftop desks offer views of the neighborhood, Seattle cityscape, and the beach. The master bedrooms have access to these terraces and large glass walls so they capture some of these views too. With spacious living spaces and high-quality surfaces such as glulam beam frames, bamboo floors, marble slabs and fir furniture, the Alki Townhouses are both beautiful and practical.
