Futuristic Apartment Interior That Reminds A Salt Cave

This 120 square meter apartment in Kiev, Ukraine was designed by Natalya Farnosova and Elena Samarina. The main artistic conception of the interior is the contemporary futuristic mosaic. The extensive selection of figures and lines, the graphics based on the contrast of white and black, demonstrate the wonders of geometry and prove the conspicuousness of simplicity. The interior proves that a clever combination of simple elements can become really stylish and livable.

The apartment is not very big, so the studio is preferred, in which the living room is combined with the dining room and kitchen. It was hard to put all of those kitchen cabinets and built-in appliances on the small area, but designers managed to do it in style. An unusual table top of a dining table is shaped like a wave and a striking element of this area. The entire ceiling is covered with the material that looks like velor.

Thanks to used materials, unusual decorations and the original lighting system, the apartment is reminiscent of a salt cave, which is also quite cozy. Designers have made good use of the possibilities of minimalism and white color.
