The conversion of industrial spaces into living spaces is a hot trend today, and this house was originally a metalworking workshop for the Munich utility Stadtwerke München. The building itself has so much character that it hasn’t been altered too much to maintain a modern industrial feel. Design League added some cool furniture to the industrial chic – mostly mid-century style. I love the library zone: it’s industrial, but very cozy at the same time, and the bricks that are built here look great! The color scheme of the room is simple – the remaining bricks and some whites; The decoration pieces are more colorful.
