The Canopy Chandalier, designed by the Russian industrial designer Vladimir Usoltsev, could become a contemporary reinterpretation of classic antler chandeliers. It is inspired by the branches of a tree and is designed to hang under a lightbulb and cast a shadow on the ground. This gives the room both a source of light and a shadow, just like a canopy. The chandelier has a core branch of 120 cm with four attachable branches of different sizes, arranged in a series of zones. In addition, two different types of branches could be used with the core branch. The CANOPY series functions as both a glass sculpture and a lamp and gives every room a lively and practical artistic element.
