This original 635 m² loft apartment is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. The first thing that impresses here is how modern, almost minimalist design is combined with cozy vintage accents. The space is one color – black and white – and while the floors, walls, and furniture are mostly modern, there are some pretty vintage accessories and cues like a stylized fireplace in the corner, a few pieces of furniture, and of course the dark wooden beams have been left as is they are and only painted. I think these rays give the room its personality and create a connection between past and present. A clever idea is to place the bedroom in the upper part of the loft to make the space more intimate. All in all, the loft was very laconic and inviting.
