Nature is always a popular theme for creations. Noé Duchaufour Lawrance presented his new Borghese sofa, which is of course reminiscent of a tree because a network of branches protrudes up the back to hold three cushions in place. The inspiration came from the pines of Villa Borghese, the largest public park in Rome. The sofa looks like an abstract landscape, but all the ingenuity of the couch can be appreciated if you don’t put it against the wall. The piece is available in two color combinations: a soot frame with charcoal padding or a white frame with cushions in different shades of green.
