This room was already a local stable, an air raid shelter, and a printing shop. It only took eight months to turn it into a modern living space, where industry and raw materials meet modern. There are two floors on which the first is occupied by living, kitchen, dining and office areas. The second floor, however, only has private areas. The interior has many elements from ancient times that have been restored manually. There is plenty of natural light thanks to large metal-framed windows. This loft is a fine example of how even raw materials can be used to create a warm, comfortable and cozy living space.
