The House That Consists Of Two Habitable Areas Connected by Floating Pavilion

The house design was inspired by two sheds connected by a stretched tarpaulin. As a result, it consists of two habitable areas that are connected by a spacious floating pavilion. Wide sliding glass doors respond to all weather conditions in the area and offer space to eat, dine or relax close to nature. The building is clad with band-sawn layers and permeable metal grids and has a roof terrace with a wonderful sea view. The deck also has a large panel that collects solar energy when possible. The home is a private retreat that embraces the surrounding landscape and context. [Fearon Hay Architects]
